THE BUILDERS

Kenny McFarland of McFarland Custom Builders, Inc. and Bill Barnard of Signature Builders KC, LLC are two well-respected builders hailing from Kansas City, Missouri that specialize in residential development. Both are known for multiple projects in the area, and they have worked together on residential developments such as Woodneath Farms and Eagle Creek. After years of residential construction work in the Kansas City market, they decided to expand their horizons and build together at Lake of the Ozarks.

Kenny and Bill purchased the land to build Diamond Crest Estates in January of 2021. As soon as they closed on the land, construction began. The developers started with six custom homes to be completed by Spring of 2022.
